Roadmap

After issues have been identified we provide a detailed analysis and solutions to your current problems which are guaranteed to improve your developer effectiveness. We define effectiveness as:

  • Significant reduction in Change Lead Time - time from when a developer picks up a task to when their code is released to your users. Enables quicker feedback which allows to course-correct faster. Also, bugs can be fixed in a shorter period of time.

  • Mean Time To Recovery - how long it takes for your service to recover from a failure.

  • Minimising context switching - the number of times your engineers need to stop doing what they're currently focusing on and having to go review PRs or fix issues for old tickets that have failed QA.
